Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email address, username, display name and a hashed password.

Content you upload, messages you send, likes, follows and subscriptions.

Creator applications: profile details, the verification photo or video (seen only by administrators) and payout details.

Payments: amounts, payment IDs and status. Card or wallet keys are never sent to us.

Technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address in server logs and content view counts.

2. Why we use it

To run your account, show content to the right people, process payments and payouts, send account emails (verification, password reset, subscription reminders), prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. Photo privacy

Location (GPS) and camera information are removed from every uploaded image before it is stored. Original image files are not kept.

4. Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Amazon Web Services), storage and DNS (Cloudflare), video delivery (Bunny.net), email (Brevo) and cryptocurrency payments (NOWPayments). We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the site to work: your login session, your language, your age confirmation and the daily view limit for visitors.

6. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is open. Database backups are kept for a limited time (up to 7 days) and then deleted. Transaction records may be kept longer where the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete your account by writing to contact@nylonism.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
