1. Acceptance and age requirement

Nylonism is an adult platform. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to view adult content where you live. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms, the Content Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and use one account for yourself only. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Creators

Creator accounts are opened after an application that we review, including identity and age verification.

Creators confirm that they own or have the rights to everything they upload, and that every person shown is at least 18 and has consented to being recorded and published. Creators must keep proof of age and consent for everyone who appears in their content and provide it to us on request.

Creators receive 80% of what fans pay them; the platform keeps 20%. Payouts are sent after a request and may be held while a report or a change of payout details is reviewed.

4. Content rules

Content must follow the Content Policy. We do not allow minors, non-consensual content, content you do not have rights to, or illegal content. We may remove content and close accounts without notice when these rules are broken, and report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Wallet, payments and subscriptions

You add balance to your wallet with cryptocurrency through our payment provider; balance is credited only after the payment is confirmed. Subscriptions, pay-per-view content, paid messages and tips are paid from your wallet balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically from your wallet at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew; we remind you before a subscription ends. Purchases of digital content are final except where the law requires a refund. Wallet balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

6. Ownership and licence

Creators keep ownership of their content. By uploading, they give Nylonism a licence to store, process and show it to the people they choose. Fans receive a personal right to view content; downloading, recording, sharing or reselling content is not allowed.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for content created by users, though we act on reports as described in the Content Policy. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you on the site; continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
